• You use this site at your own risk. We take no responsibility for the content uploaded by members. Although the terms and conditions clearly state that this site does not accept material of a pornographic or illegal nature, it is not possible for us to vet all material submitted by members. Therefore some of the material on this site may be illegal in the country or locality that you're accessing it from, and you may be liable by law for viewing this material.
• It is a condition of viewing content on this site that if you see anything that is illegal in your locality, you must report it to the webmaster, either by using the reporting facility below gallery entries, or by using the contact form.
• Member-contributed content is copyrighted and the propery of the member that posted that content. You must not use photos or any of their contributed content without their prior permission.

Posting content on the site

• Abusive, threatening, offensive, pornographic or illegal content will be removed by the site moderators. Members that post such content may have their accounts suspended or deleted without prior warning. There is no refund for members with a gold account whose account has been suspended or deleted after posting such content.
• You cannot use this site to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information.

Your information

• We will not pass on any of your information to third parties, excepting the sale of the website or if requested to do so by a legal authority in the matter of a police investigation.
• Any content you upload to this site remains your own property, and copyright does not pass on to us.
• This site makes use of cookies to provide certain functionality. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your computer (read the Wikipedia entry on cookies for more information). You can choose to disable cookies, but many parts of the site won't work without cookies enabled, including the chatrooms, viewing the gallery and logging in. • We have taken several measures to prevent the caching of photographs in search engines, but it is still possible (though unlikely) that search engines may somehow manage to cache the photos, making them still available through the search engine once deleted from the site. We have no ability to request the removal of any information cached in search engines.
