Title: Wheelybird Worlds
Description: Glass Worlds picture with a channel mixer adjustment layer (monochrome and slight darkening) and a photo filter adjustment layer (deep orange). With thanks to Wheelybird for the inspiration
Tough I probably didn't describe my idea very well. I was really thinking about converting it to black and white and processing it so that it looks like it was taken on black and white film, but using a filter. I really meant a red filter rather than orange.
The idea is that the contrast between the sky and clouds is boosted.
I tried it out here: [link]http://www.wheelybird.com/noncms/baubles.jpeg[-link]. Unfortunately the jpeg artefacts also got boosted, but you get the idea.
I use the GIMP and set the channel mixer to about 100 Red, -60 Green and 0 blue with monochrome and preserver luminosity selected. I'm sure there's something similar in photoshop.
