Thursday witteringsI'd love to discuss those incidents here in this first of my blog entries, but other things take precedence when you start out on a career of mindless babble. May I begin by introducing myself? My name is Wheelybird. This is my true name as proven by the deed polls I possess in my small but effective safe. Naturally my parents haven't yet got used to my change in nomenclature, and still call me Alan. Why they call me Alan is beyond me, as I was never christened Alan, nor has it ever been used as a nick-name, or affectionate pet name. I suspect they're getting me confused with Alan Davies off of the T.V. We neither sound nor look anything alike, but my parents prefer their own version of reality (which also includes talking desks). The facts of my life are dull and banal, which makes them ideal for relating in a blog. However, this is enough text for now. I shall resume my tale of numbingly tedious detail at a later date. Until then, careful now. |
