Timing part 2

Following on from my last post today saw some great conditions for some scenic pictures - sunshine and a light dusting of snow. Having spent 4 days in bed with flu (the real sort, not just man-flu) I wasn't that eager to get outside, but my other half said that I could do with some fresh air.
So I pick up the camera (try not to go anywhere without it), grab the tripod and get to the front door just to be met with a deluge of hail and snow.
If I were healthy I'd bemoan this as really bad timing, but tucked up warm inside I view it as good luck in not freezing to death in our unseasonal weather - perhaps later in the year I'll be moaning about the rainy summer and lack of photo opportunities!

It was sort of weird having snow at Easter, wasn't it?

You should merely have opened the window and taken some photos from your 'sick bed'!
